Due to the covid-19 pandemic crisis all of our data centers have been operating with limited staff onsite and responses are slow. Please be patient as it may take abnormally longer to respond to tickets. All new orders are placed on hold for a delayed amount of time to accommodate existing customers needs and orders first. As always we will try to work with all customers as equally as possible but we are required by law to implement measures to protect our staff. While we have moved most of our staff to work from home they do not always have the same access or response times to tickets or new orders. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
